How can I pay for my Promo Units?

The Buy 1 Take 1 Promo is available for all cash buyers. After the reservation is confirmed, 50% of the Total Contract Price will be required to start production of order. 30% will be due prior to delivery and 20% upon completion of units.

What's the difference between a Batangas Standard and a Starter Model?

A Batangas Standard Model has a kitchen and a bathroom, while a Starter Model is bare inside (no kitchen, no bathroom, no plumbing)

What if I want other features or add-ons?

Don't worry! Add-ons are available so you can make your home uniquely yours!

What's included in the promo?

Inclusive are all the two (2) Batangas house kits. From the structural, architectural, electrical, doors, windows, hardware, and fixtures!

What are other costs to consider?

We will need your exact delivery location to provide a separate quotation for shipping, installation, and site development as this is not part of the Promo Price.

How do I avail of the Promo before it ends on December 11, 2024?

What's the lead time?

Delivery is within 5-8 months from confirmation of 50% downpayment!

Can I deliver it to different places?

Delivery of the 2 units must be in the same location (up to 20 meters maximum distance from each end point)

Promo Mechanics for “Buy One, Take One CUBO Anniversary Sale”

Promo Name: Buy One, Take One CUBO Anniversary Sale
Promo Period: November 11, 2024 to December 11, 2024
Coverage: Nationwide (Philippines)

How to Avail:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Promo is open to all clients within the Philippines.
    • Participants must be 18 years old or older.
  2. Mechanics:
    • Customers can avail of ONE Standard Batangas Model and ONE FREE Starter Batangas Model for the price of PHP1,500,000 (VAT inclusive).
    • Customer must confirm their order by reserving on cubo.ph within the promo period.
    • The reservation fee is PHP 15,000 per unit, totaling PHP 30,000 for two units.
    • Reservation Payments must be made in full via the official CUBO website (cubo.ph) between November 11 to December 11, 2024, 11:59 PM.
    • Participants must follow the regular downpayment and balance payment terms as stated in their purchase agreement. Failure to meet the payment schedule will result in the forfeiture of the promo benefits, including the free unit. 
    • Clients will be entitled to one free Starter Batangas Model house kit when they proceed to pay for the downpayment for the first unit.
    • This promo is valid for cash payments, either through cash or post-dated check. Loan or credit card payments are not accepted for this promotion. 
  3. Additional Details:
    • Reservations are only accepted until December 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Payments made beyond this date and time will not be considered for the promo.
    • Promo is VAT inclusive.
    • Promo Price does not include Shipping Fees, Delivery Fees, and other upgrades. It only pertains to the price of the house kit (materials).
    • Official lead time for house kits ordered during the promo period is between 6 to 12 months from the date of confirmation.
    • Promo is only valid for CUBO Batangas Model.
    • This promo cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
    • The free Starter Batangas Model house kit awarded through this promo is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and not for resale. The free unit must be registered under the same name as the paying client and is not eligible for transfer to another party.
    • Upgrades are available for both the standard and starter unit. 
    • The reservation fee of PHP 15,000 per unit (totaling PHP 30,000 for two units) is non-refundable once paid. In case the client fails to proceed with the downpayment, or chooses to cancel the reservation, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
  4. Important Reminders:
    • By participating in this promotion, clients agree to comply with the promo mechanics and terms.
    • CUBO Modular reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
