How can I pay for my Promo Units?

The Buy 1 Take 1 Promo is available for all cash buyers. After the reservation is confirmed, 50% of the Total Contract Price will be required to start production of order. 30% will be due prior to delivery and 20% upon completion of units.

What's the difference between a Batangas Standard and a Starter Model?

A Batangas Standard Model has a kitchen and a bathroom, while a Starter Model is bare inside (no kitchen, no bathroom, no plumbing)

What if I want other features or add-ons?

Don't worry! Add-ons are available so you can make your home uniquely yours!

What's included in the promo?

Inclusive are all the two (2) Batangas house kits. From the structural, architectural, electrical, doors, windows, hardware, and fixtures!

What are other costs to consider?

We will need your exact delivery location to provide a separate quotation for shipping, installation, and site development as this is not part of the Promo Price.

How do I avail of the Promo before it ends on December 11, 2024?

What's the lead time?

Delivery is within 5-8 months from confirmation of 50% downpayment!

Can I deliver it to different places?

Delivery of the 2 units must be in the same location (up to 20 meters maximum distance from each end point)
