How to avail:
Eligibility:
Promo is open to all clients within the Philippines.
Participants must be 18 years old or older.
Mechanics:
Customers can avail of ONE Standard Batangas Model and ONE FREE Starter Batangas Model for the price of PHP1,500,000 (VAT inclusive).
Customer must confirm their order by reserving on cubo.ph within the promo period.
The reservation fee is PHP 15,000 per unit, totaling PHP 30,000 for two units.
Reservation Payments must be made in full via the official CUBO website (cubo.ph) between November 11 to December 11, 2024, 11:59 PM.
Participants must follow the regular downpayment and balance payment terms as stated in their purchase agreement. Failure to meet the payment schedule will result in the forfeiture of the promo benefits, including the free unit.
Clients will be entitled to one free Starter Batangas Model house kit when they proceed to pay for the downpayment for the first unit.
This promo is valid for cash payments, either through cash or post-dated check. Loan or credit card payments are not accepted for this promotion.
Additional Details:
Reservations are only accepted until December 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Payments made beyond this date and time will not be considered for the promo.
Promo is VAT inclusive.
Promo Price does not include Shipping Fees, Delivery Fees, and other upgrades. It only pertains to the price of the house kit (materials).
Official lead time for house kits ordered during the promo period is between 6 to 12 months from the date of confirmation.
Promo is only valid for CUBO Batangas Model.
This promo cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
The free Starter Batangas Model house kit awarded through this promo is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and not for resale. The free unit must be registered under the same name as the paying client and is not eligible for transfer to another party.
Upgrades are available for both the standard and starter unit.
The reservation fee of PHP 15,000 per unit (totaling PHP 30,000 for two units) is non-refundable once paid. In case the client fails to proceed with the downpayment, or chooses to cancel the reservation, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
